The dates for the 2026 Pentagon League galas are as follows:

31st January 2026 – pre-season gala
14th March 2026 – gala 1
16th May 2026 – gala 2
6th June 2026 – gala 3
26th September 2026 – gala 4
10th October 2026 – gala 5

Age groups vary for each event, so please watch out for team selections from the coaches.

To accommodate the Christmas and New Year break, the last session for swimming will be Friday 19th December 2025, with sessions comencing again on Friday 9th January 2026.

Friday 19th December 2025 is the last evening of swimming before Christmas, and as tradition, this will be the club’s Fun Night in both the main and teaching pools.

Due to circumstances beyond the club’s control we are no longer able to offer teaching sessions on Friday evenings. These sessions will formally cease on the 19th December 2025.

The club congratulates all the swimmers that have learnt to swim in these sessions over the many years that we have been offering them.

The schedule for the Pentagon gala series for 2025 is as follows:

26th April
17th May
21st June
13th September
11th October

Please watch out for invitations from your coach that you are to swim in any of these events.

Time for all galas: warm-up from 15:00, events start from 15:30.

The final swimming session for 2024 will be Monday 16th December 2024. As usual this will be a “fun” night, rather than the normal training session.

The first session of 2025 will be Monday 6th January.

The penultimate Pentagon gala for 2024 will be held at Streatham Leisure Centre on the 28th September – please watch out for notifications from your coaches as to team selections.

Sunday sessions at St Joseph’s College are cancelled until further notice. Please refer to the club if you have any questions about Sunday sessions.

Sunday sessions at St Joseph’s College will resume from 14th January 2024.
